Bianca is the Founder of Simple Financial Solutions LLC. As a Financial Advisor with Eagle Strategies LLC, Bianca provides individualized financial guidance with unmatched personal attention and a relationship-focused approach that has led to long-term client relationships built on trust and care. She works with individuals, families, and business owners who value having a clear financial roadmap, long-term strategy, and peace of mind. Bianca’s goal is to simplify the financial planning process and help clients feel confident and empowered, regardless of how simple or complex their needs may be. She loves being there to celebrate each of her clients’ life milestones while helping them navigate life’s changes and challenges along the way.
Bianca’s areas of focus include retirement planning, wealth preservation, asset allocation, tax diversification, and protecting what matters most. Since beginning her career in 2013, she has become known for her personalized approach, long-term client relationships, and unique ability to “make things simple.” Among her many awards and recognitions, Bianca was recently honored as a 2025 Forbes Top Financial Professional* and a 2024 Forbes Top Financial Security Professional*.
She holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as Life and Health insurance licenses.
Bianca’s most proud of being a mom. She is all about family, friends, and bringing people together to make lasting memories. Outside of work, you’ll find her traveling somewhere new, cheering from the sidelines at the soccer field, skiing with her family, swimming in their pool, dancing the night away, playing board games, or simply relaxing in their backyard making s’mores and enjoying the outdoors.
Raised in South Jersey, Bianca still resides there with her husband, Joe, and their two daughters, Evanna and Alessia.

Taylor is the Client Services and Administrative Assistant at Simple Financial Solutions, where she works closely with Bianca to support clients throughout their relationship with the company. She assists with client communication, information gathering, marketing support, and day-to-day operations to help create a smooth and welcoming experience.
Before joining Simple Financial Solutions, Taylor spent several years working in customer support within the veterinary field. Her background in client care and communication has given her a strong passion for helping others and building genuine connections with people.
Taylor was born and raised in East TN. She relocated to South Jersey in the Fall of 2023. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exploring local thrift and antique shops, and taking spontaneous adventures with her pup, Kodo. She loves pet sitting, spending time with family and friends, and she never turns down a good coffee run.
Taylor is someone who loves connecting with people and making others feel comfortable and welcome. Whether she’s helping clients, caring for pets, or discovering a new local spot, she values genuine relationships, kindness, and finding joy in the little things.
